In this episode of Sweet Liberation Podcast, we are interviewing Dr Anthony Chaffee. Dr Anthony Chaffee is an American medical doctor and Neurosurgical resident who, over a span of 20+ years, has researched the optimal nutrition for human performance and health. He believes that most chronic diseases treated by doctors are caused by the food we eat or don't eat and can be reversed with dietary changes to a species-specific diet, which can be as simple as reducing carbohydrate and sugar intake. He began University at the age of 16, studying Molecular and Cellular Biology with a Minor in Chemistry, which culminated in an MD from the Royal College of Surgeons. He is an All-American rugby player, a former professional player in England and America, and has also trained in MMA fighting at AMC Kickboxing in Kirkland, Washington. Join us today as we dive deeper into how your diet can shape your life, explore the relationship between autoimmune diseases and environmental factors, the potential benefits of an elemental diet for treating various ailments, and the influence of corporations on plant-based movement. Dr. Chaffee also goes into the possible connection between insulin resistance and prostate cancer.
